Multi-Family Residential Projects
Our team plans and designs apartment buildings and condominium units of any size and scale. We also design town and row housing as well as duplex and four-plex buildings.
This two-storey seniors housing complex was constructed in Magrath. This project was a wood-framed structure on a cast-in-place concrete foundation with some structural steel elements. BCB Engineering was responsible for the design of structural elements including, but not limited to, the exposed heavy timber wood front entry members and concrete elevator shaft. Included in this building is a basement under the kitchen area complete with a steel joist supported concrete floor. This project was completed and occupied in January of 2018.
The two-storey seniors housing complex is constructed in north Lethbridge. It is wood construction with a structural steel and cast-in- place concrete central dining and recreation area. A basement is constructed below the central area. The building is broken into fire compartments with CMU firewalls.
